Pilot Plant

Multipurpose Resin Plant is the pilot plant which is a small system and is operated to find the behavior of the process. This plant can be customized according to the need of our esteemed clients its structural design, material and configuration all can be tailored. It produces both acrylic based resins and solvent.

The plant can hold the capacities range from 10 to 100 liters/batch. If required S.F. Engineering Works provide installation support and operation at the clients location. We give full assistance for the proper functioning of the plant. The configuration is listed below:

  • The reactors are manufactured as per ASME codes
  • The material used for the reactor is superior quality stainless steel
  • Capacity of these reactors is up to 2,000 liters
  • Specially designed agitators with heating coils / jackets up to 350C
  • Internal cooling can also be taken care
Heat Exchangers

Heat exchangers which are used to transfer heat between fluids; in other words, it is used in both cooling and heating process. The plant offers a fluid heating system upto 3 million KCAL/hr with all the safety requirements and ancillary equipment. Steam generator having a capacity of 1000 kg/hr is also provided.

Condenser

The condenser is used to condense a substance from gaseous to the liquid state by cooling it and we provide distinct choices of condensers according to the specific requirements of our client. The material can also be customized as per clients requirement.
